The customer will have a full 7 days from taking delivery of an item to trial it, as a cooling-off period.
In the event of a customer not being satisfied with the product he will be given a refund if an exchange is not suitable.
Changes of mind are unfortunately not refundable.
If the customer has damaged the item in any way a refund is negotiable. It will sometimes be a partial refund depending on the resale value of the product.
A restocking fee of $50USD is required in the event of a refund but not an exchange. If the customer declines the exchange the fee applies.
Should the first exchange be unsuitable a $25 USD fee is imposed before the second exchange is allowed after discussion with the customer.
